Dr Anver Dole is the Founder Director and Councillor of AAMO. He has given leadership to several Institutes and Organizations including the IMSL, Plastics & Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka, Institute of Chemistry, Ceylon, Sri Lanka Branch of Institute of Management Services, UK, Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science-Chemical Sciences. He was a former visiting lecturer to University of Colombo & Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya and Past District Governor of Lions Clubs International-District 306 A. He is currently the Chairman of ESCO REHAB, Sri Lanka and serves on the Board of Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka as Honorary Treasurer.
